If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please let us know immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases.
MyVima will incur the cost of any fees associated with the return of products return shipping costs as well as any transaction fees related to digital goods and services.
If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice.
If you purchased the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we’ll swap it over no questions asked.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the return request form. after 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.
IN the case of Advertising services provided by MyVima No refunds are issued as we can not guarantee the results of your advertising campaign.
MyVima can only provide the traffic to your website or offer we can not control the visitors actions or lack there of.

MyVima’s physical ecommerce purchase return / refund policy
In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold.
We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products
After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resalable condition.
Your money will be refunded by the same method you purchased said item with. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
